What you do
As an electrotechnical service technician, you ensure that electrotechnical installations function smoothly. You perform maintenance work, commission installations, and ensure that malfunctions are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Commissioning electrotechnical installations after cabling has been laid
- Performing service, inspection, and maintenance work
- Tracing and resolving malfunctions and technical defects
- Checking installations for safety, quality
- Preparing clear reports on work performed
- Registering maintenance activities in digital systems
- Advising clients on the condition of installations and possible improvements
- Collaborating with colleagues to keep installations reliable and safe
Profile
You are an independent electrician who thrives on technology, troubleshooting, and customer contact.
- A completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) degree in Electrotechnical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- A VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with maintenance and service activities
- Knowledge of electrotechnical installations
- An independent and solution-oriented work attitude
- Good communication skills
- Eye for quality, safety
