You will work at a defense organization, the headquarters of a command within the organization. This is where policy is determined and the entire organization is managed. The command consists of four directorates, a NASOC, and various staff departments that set the course for effective HR policy, smart innovations, mission planning, and ensuring resources.
What you will do.
- Lead young DevOps teams that build low-code applications and software robots.
- Ensure automation close to the workplace and optimal IT support during readiness and operations.
- Translate functional digitalization needs into Project Start Architectures (PSA) and low-code solution designs according to specific models and a model atlas.
- Monitor architectural principles, IT connection conditions, and organizational policy.
- Represent the command in multidisciplinary project teams and architectural working groups.
- Analyze problems and offer the best solution.
- Involve internal partners (data science, high-code, dashboarding) and external partners in complex issues.
Coaching & knowledge sharing.
- Coach team members in low-code and DevOps.
- Exchange knowledge and information within the Digital Transformation.
- Maintain documentation in specific models and a model atlas.
Profile
- A mandatory security screening and reference check are part of the selection procedure.
- You must take the oath or promise for civilian employees of a defense organization.
- You have Dutch nationality.
- University Bachelor's level.
