This role contributes to the realization of housing agreements in a specific region. Thousands of new homes need to be built, with timely connection to the energy grid being crucial. Grid congestion presents a challenge that requires new forms of collaboration and smart solutions.
What you will do.
- Responsible for managing and implementing the approach to grid congestion and housing construction.
- Collaborate with municipalities, housing corporations, market parties, grid operators, and other partners.
- Implement the prioritization framework for housing construction.
- Align housing construction plans with the investment and implementation plans of grid operators.
- Stimulate grid-aware construction.
- Timely connect the housing construction planning process with the installation of utilities.
- Advise administrators and connect various interests.
- Translate complex developments into concrete actions.
Profile
- Minimum HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) work and thinking level.
- At least 5 years of experience with energy systems, energy infrastructure, spatial planning, or comparable domains.
- Experience with political-administrative decision-making.
- Ability to connect technical, economic, spatial, and social interests.
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management and process management.
- Strong communication skills and effortless interaction with internal and external parties.
- Knowledge of housing development, planning, and realization.
- Understanding of the electricity system.

- You will work within a department responsible for sustainable spatial development of cities and rural areas.
- The department collaborates intensively with citizens, businesses, other governments, and various interest groups.
- You will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team of 13 people.
