Become the advisor who takes procurement to the next level. As a procurement advisor, you guide and advise internal clients on various procurement processes. The topics are very diverse: from products and services for business operations to assignments contributing to safe infrastructure and the optimal functioning of purification plants and water barriers.
What you will do.
- You guide internal clients from start to finish in the tactical procurement process and ensure that the correct procedure is followed.
- You ensure that purchases are made lawfully and efficiently, and that choices and decisions are well-substantiated.
- You independently carry out European and/or multiple private tenders in collaboration with internal colleagues and subject matter experts.
- You support and advise on issuing requests for proposals, evaluating offers, and preparing awards.
- You facilitate the conclusion of agreements and ensure complete, clear file documentation.
- You monitor the progress and quality of tenders and are responsible for coordination with the project team, management, reporting, and archiving of documents.
- You are a proactive sparring partner and team player for the procurement department and other departments within the organization.
Profile
- You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a relevant field.
- You have a procurement background (preferably in the public sector) and extensive experience with the tactical procurement process.
- You possess the NEVI 1 public diploma (or equivalent) or are willing to obtain it.
- You work independently, can plan and organize well, and maintain an overview.
- You easily interact with internal clients and involve colleagues in choices, planning, and necessary steps.
- You work in a structured and accurate manner (file documentation), monitor progress and quality, and dare to take action when necessary.
- You are an enthusiastic colleague who collaborates effectively both independently and as part of a team, fitting into a team that enjoys sparring with each other.
