What you do
As a Coordinating Supervisor, you are the linchpin of the care and support team. You participate 80% in daily care/supervision and use 20% of your time for coordination tasks. This contributes to the quality of care and collaboration within the team.
- You coordinate daily team affairs and resolve practical problems.
- You are the first point of contact for employees, clients, and relatives.
- You monitor the conditions for a pleasant living and working environment.
- You plan team meetings and provide feedback to colleagues and the location manager.
- You advise the location manager on operational and organizational matters.
- You take initiative, identify needs, and dare to make decisions.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and address them in collaboration with the team and management.
- You provide physical support, such as washing/showering (ADL) with any associated reserved actions.
- You provide mental and emotional support, by reassuring and standing by someone during an acceptance process.
Profile
As a Coordinating Supervisor, you are both a caregiver and an organizer. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and know how to remain calm. You effortlessly switch between daily supervision and coordinating tasks, even in dynamic situations.
