Group Living Supervisor

• You are responsible for the well-being, development, and daily guidance of young children (0-3 years).
• You create a safe, warm, and predictable environment where children can develop optimally.
• You guide and support parents with their parenting questions, adopting an engaged and non-judgmental attitude and working in partnership.
• You observe parent-child interaction and pay attention to the child's development, signals, and needs. You help parents recognize these signals and respond appropriately.
• You guide parents and children during parent-child moments and activities to strengthen parenting skills and the parent-child relationship.
• During home visits, you work with parents in their own living environment, supporting them in concrete parenting situations and translating guidance into their daily context.
• You take responsibility for the individual guidance of one or more children and their context, and closely monitor their evolution.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues and other disciplines, including observation, reporting, consultation, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• You handle professional secrecy and privacy with care and always act in a professional and ethically correct manner.

What they ask

• A2 diploma in a pedagogical field (e.g., Youth and Disability Care, Group Living Work), HB05 or Bachelor in a pedagogical field.

Practical information.

• Day work (8 AM - 4 PM or 9:30 AM - 5 PM).
• Replacement contract.
