Looking for a technically challenging environment? This role is for a technically strong professional who enjoys taking responsibility for maintenance processes, improvement projects, and the reliability of installations within a production environment. You will combine technology, analysis, planning, and coaching.
What you do
- Optimize maintenance within an assigned zone
- Manage, update, and optimize the maintenance plan and preventive/predictive maintenance strategy
- Prepare, plan, and coordinate maintenance work, scheduled shutdowns, and technical projects, including permits, spare parts, technicians
- Analyze malfunctions, implement structural improvements, and optimize procedures, documentation, and technical reliability
- Coach and support operators and technicians, act as a technical point of contact, and ensure LOTO and safety procedures are followed
- Monitor maintenance budgets, notifications, and report maintenance results and technical KPIs during daily meetings
What they ask
- Strong technical background and experience in maintenance, maintenance coordination, or technical project management
- Good insight into maintenance processes, fault analysis, and technical optimization
- Experience in efficiently organizing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Strong in planning, organization
- Ability to clearly coordinate various parties (technicians, operators, production, and external partners)
- Analytical mindset, focused on structural solutions
- Experience with systems like SAP and Maecos is a strong asset
- Takes responsibility, works independently, and is a natural coach
- Eye for safety, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Secondary education
