ICT Coordinator
As a primary administrator (coordinator), you are the main point of contact within and outside the team. You participate in the Change Plan Board to provide solicited and unsolicited advice. You also participate in improvement trajectories, delve into new techniques, and secure this information within your team. Furthermore, you help to form new services for implementation within the team. You regularly meet with stakeholders from across the organization to align their needs.
In addition, you must be able to independently investigate incidents in a complex, compartmentalized network environment. This assignment is based on the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF), a European standard for describing IT competencies and the associated level of responsibility. The eCF profile indicates which competencies and at what level (e-1 to e-5) are expected from the candidate. Candidates must clearly demonstrate these competencies in their CV by describing for each relevant assignment or function:
- the role the candidate fulfilled
- the activities and responsibilities associated with it
- the extent to which these align with the requested eCF competencies and level
CVs that do not demonstrably include the requested eCF competencies cannot be fully assessed for suitability. You identify and resolve the root cause of incidents and adopt a proactive attitude in avoiding or identifying the root cause of ICT problems. You implement a knowledge system based on the repetition of common errors, resolve or escalate incidents, and optimize system or component performance.
The mission is to ensure the alignment of the network, including telecommunication and/or computer infrastructure, to meet the communication needs of the organization. You manage a network information system, resolve problems and errors to ensure defined service levels, and monitor and improve network performance and security.

- Contribute to defining network design policies, philosophies
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network problems
- Use network management tools to determine network load and model performance metrics
- Remain aware of relevant legislation affecting network security
- Configure the network to protect against security threats
- Monitor the network to identify and address traffic bottlenecks

- Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, OSPF, BPG, SPB, LAN WAN, SD-WAN

- CCNP: Training (certification not required)
- Preferably, demonstrable work experience within a government organization
- Preferably, more than demonstrable work experience with the requested function within the eCF profile and assignment description
