As an Inside Sales Service Representative, you ensure that customers quickly know where they stand, so that their needs are addressed promptly. You own the entire process, from request to approval. You look beyond the current work order and proactively identify buying signals.
What you will do.
- Prepare quotes for repairs based on findings from service technicians and customer inquiries.
- Actively follow up on quotes via phone and email.
- Collaborate with service coordinators and other departments to provide quick clarity to customers.
- Proactively and efficiently handle service inquiries from customers.
- Process approved quotes for immediate scheduling.

- You are energized by customer contact and approved quotes.
- You pick up the phone if a quote is pending or a customer is hesitant.
- You are administratively sharp and commercially astute enough to understand customer needs.
- You work accurately, think in terms of customer value, and are proficient with computer systems.
