This includes data strategy and governance, AI adoption, regulatory and compliance initiatives, operating model transformations, and data-driven customer experiences. What you do
- Work directly with leading banks, insurers, and financial institutions on strategic data and transformation initiatives.
- Assess data landscapes and business challenges, translating them into practical recommendations and solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Support the design and implementation of data governance, data quality, and AI readiness initiatives.
- Help clients build the operating models, governance structures, and capabilities needed to scale data and AI successfully.
- Use SQL and other tools to assess data, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-based decision-making.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders in a clear and professional way.
What they ask
- +2 years of experience in data, business analysis, data governance, reporting, consulting, process improvement, or a related field.
- Native fluency in Dutch or French, and fluent English.
- A Master's degree in business, economics, management, IT, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
- An interest in data, AI, business transformation, and financial services.
- Experience working with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.
Nice to have.
- Exposure to financial services, banking, or insurance.
- Experience with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Alation, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, or BCBS239.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, or AI governance concepts.
- Basic Python knowledge.
