What you do
- Provide ADL care and perform nursing technical actions.
- Undertake activities with clients that contribute to their well-being, such as walking or shopping.
- Assist with light household tasks where necessary, such as tidying up or (jointly) preparing a meal.
- Offer personal attention, a listening ear, and social support.
- Signal changes in the health or well-being of clients and coordinate with colleagues and other involved care providers.
