Director of aid and personnel
This role contributes to quality youth assistance services. The organization is committed daily to children, young people, and families in need of support, with a focus on connection, proximity, responsibility, and strengthening capabilities. As a director, you will guide the further development and strengthening of aid services and, together with employees, coordinators, and management, build a learning, quality-oriented, and future-proof organization.
You will be responsible for fulfilling this mission and helping the organization grow as a strong partner in youth assistance.
What you will do.
- Be part of the management team and contribute to the policy and strategic direction of the organization.
- Take responsibility for aid departments and various organization-wide assignments.
- Lead department coordinators (residential and outpatient) and be responsible for the substantive quality of aid.
- Monitor societal developments within youth assistance and translate them into effective operations within the organization.
- Organize a smooth inflow, throughput, and outflow of aid services.
- Coach and support department coordinators.
- Attract, retain, and strengthen employees.
- Create a work environment where employees can grow and learn.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality policy and quality planning.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and support systems for aid.
- Develop and implement a strong personnel and training policy.
- Promote an organizational culture centered on connection, responsibility, and learning.
- Further develop strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with partners within and outside youth assistance.

- Master's degree in human sciences or equivalent by experience.
- At least three years of relevant management experience.
- Affinity with or experience in the youth assistance, welfare, or social profit sector.
- Strong vision on aid and quality development.
- Communicative, connecting, and transparent.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for daily practice.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support employees in change.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Stress-resistant and decisive.
- Willingness to actively promote the organization's vision and values.
- Driving license B.
