What you do
As an All-round Production Worker, you help keep the production process running smoothly. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibilities. Your tasks include:
- Supporting the setup and operation of production machines
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Checking products for quality and identifying deviations
- Helping to resolve minor machine issues together with your colleagues
- Following work instructions and safety procedures
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe
- Thinking along about ways to improve quality, safety
You will learn the production process on the job and receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
What they ask We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and interested in learning more about production and technology. You have:
- A hands-on and proactive attitude
- Technical curiosity and an interest in learning new skills
- Experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required
- Good attention to quality and safety
- The willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
- Sufficient Dutch to understand safety instructions and communicate safely on the work floor
- Your own transport
