Within a directorate of a government organization, a unit is responsible for the service delivery of SAP services. A transition is underway to new environments, with SAP CRM moving to Salesforce. The unit is divided into multiple scrum teams. The SAP CRM team is looking for an SAP CRM/SD consultant.
What you do
- Translate client/user requirements into workable SAP CRM/SD solutions.
- Coordinate important design decisions affecting the architecture with the project architect and SAP Lead Consultant.
- Coordinate integration aspects with an Integration Specialist.
- Participate in a project facilitating the transition from SAP CRM to Salesforce.
- Develop and manage CRM/SD functionalities.
- Monitor operational systems (message traffic, jobs, actions, shortdumps).
- Maintain mailforms and Word document templates.
- Apply and maintain SAP standards.
- Participate in Scrum / DevOps sessions with the Product Owner and users.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the user organization.

- Academic or HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Certified in SAP-CRM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CRM.
- Knowledge of and minimum 3 years of experience with an Agile environment.
- Demonstrable experience with successful collaboration in multidisciplinary (agile) teams and environments.
- Successfully completed complex assignments.
- Dutch language level minimum B2.
- CV and motivation letter written by the candidate themselves.
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.
