What you will do.

• You will make your lessons interactive and varied, so that participants acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes and can apply them in practice.
• You will use relevant (digital) working methods to improve the learning experience and thus create engagement.
• You will develop teaching materials (hand-outs, online content, practical exercises) and/or ensure that the available teaching materials are up-to-date and relevant for the target group.
• You will stimulate entrepreneurship and professional behavior among the target group of your training, so that they gain both technical knowledge and prepare for the labor market.
• You will coach participants during the training so that they achieve their goals.
• You will represent an educational institution and contribute to its image as a place for expertise, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• The target group is a mixed audience: from career changers to professionals who want to retrain.
• Classes are held in the evenings.
• You will be deployed in trajectories such as assistant site manager general construction or project coordinator general construction.
