- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a work planner in construction, preferably in renovation or conversion
- Completed MBO+ or HBO education in civil engineering or similar
- Experience with developing specifications, drawings
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including building regulations and permit issuance
- Proficient in working with software such as AutoCAD, Relatics, or similar packages
- Strong in planning, organization, and budget monitoring
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
