The candidate will work in the planning department of a unit within a government organization. The department consists of 65 employees, including planners, senior planners, operational managers, capacity management advisors, and a team leader. A project is underway to implement a new personnel planning system, while the old system is still operational. The goal is for planning to take place in the new system from period 3 (February 2027).
What you will do.
- Perform data entry tasks in the new system
- Execute planning in the old system (BVCM)
- Provide support to planners in their daily work
- Receive direct guidance from the project group and operational managers
- Receive guidance from the project group, operational managers, and senior planners
Profile
- You have extensive planning experience and are curious by nature
- You have an execution-oriented mindset
- You enjoy creating clarity in a dynamic situation
- You ask good questions when the assignment is unclear
- You enjoy planning as a profession and advise on how things can be made more efficient
What they ask
- MBO-3 diploma or equivalent via EVC, or at least two years of demonstrable experience at the required work and thinking level (to be demonstrated with a CV and official document)
- Minimum of two years of planning experience
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
- A type BO screening is applicable
Preferences.
- Experience with 24-hour schedules
- Experience with multiple planning systems (a strong plus), preferably with systems such as Quintiq, BVCM, or comparable systems
Practical
- Working days: Divided over 4x9 or 5x8 working days. Flexibility is possible (32 hours are negotiable).
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are mandatory working days.
- Working from home is only possible in consultation, as guidance is needed for the tasks performed.
- There is no irregularity in the work.
