What you will do. As a Technical-Commercial Business Manager, you will lead professional HVAC projects and be the right hand of the owner. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing B2B activities within HVAC
- Actively developing new client relationships and commercial opportunities
- Advising clients on suitable HVAC solutions
- Developing and following up on technical quotations
- Coordinating projects from request to delivery
- Drawing up schedules and monitoring quality, budget
- Managing technicians, suppliers
- Monitoring financial reporting and project profitability
- Contributing to determining the company's future strategy and growth
Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within HVAC
- Experience as a project leader, project manager, or technical-commercial manager
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC installations
- Commercially oriented and proficient in client contact
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and strong organizational skills
- Ready to take on a final responsibility role within a growing company
- Experience with B2B projects
