Occupational Physician

You will work within SMEs with a strong focus on prevention, sustainable employability, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

• You will have significant autonomy over your schedule.

What you will do.

• Guide and advise employees and employers on health, work, and sustainable employability.
• Look beyond individual absenteeism issues and actively contribute to preventing absenteeism and maintaining sustainable employability for employees.
• Collaborate intensively with occupational physician assistants and absenteeism case managers.
• Fulfill an important medical and advisory role, with task delegation where appropriate.
• Provide substantive guidance to colleagues, monitor the quality of services, and ensure that different expertises align well.
• Identify developments within organizations and translate them into practical and substantiated advice.
• Act as an advisor and partner for the client, jointly seeking solutions that suit both the employee and the organization.

• Completed medical degree and a valid BIG registration.
