- You will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to support recovery trajectories.
- You will assist with seasonal work and help ensure a safe working environment.
- You will be part of a Therapeutic Activities Center and work closely with the farm coordinator and colleagues from care, guidance, and therapy.
For candidates taking on a more coordinating role.
- You will take a leading role in the further development of farm operations.
- You will coordinate the planning and organization of tasks, activities, and projects.
- You will monitor the quality, continuity, and safety of operations.
- You will implement improvement proposals together with colleagues.
- You will be the content-related point of contact for colleagues and supervisors regarding farm operations.
- You will strengthen the collaboration between the farm, the center, and other involved services.
Profile
You enjoy working outdoors and draw energy from combining practical tasks with human contact. Physical work does not deter you. You have a warm, respectful approach and know how to motivate people and provide structure. You have an affinity for guiding people with psychological vulnerabilities and feel at home in an environment where collaboration, initiative, and flexible responses to daily needs are central.
What they ask for.
- A complete education in agriculture and horticulture
- Driving license G (or exemption) and (preferably) experience in operating agricultural vehicles
- Phytolicense P2 and basic knowledge of plant treatment
- Basic knowledge of mechanics for assistance and support with machine park maintenance
- Affinity with care and guidance for people with psychological vulnerabilities
- A practical and hands-on work attitude
- Willingness to work one weekend out of four
- (Preferably) Experience in agriculture and horticulture
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
An additional asset.
- BE driving license
- Affinity with farm animals and (preferably) knowledge and experience with sheep farming
- Knowledge and/or experience in vegetable and fruit cultivation
