Hundreds of thousands of people visit the websites and applications of a government organization every month. The Online Customer Interaction department works daily to make it as easy as possible for visitors to find the information they are looking for, ensuring it is accessible to everyone. You will work in a team of over 20 professionals, including content specialists, web analysts, online advisors, and UX designers.
What you do
- Create and maintain online content
- Create forms
- Create and send newsletters
- Participate in planned sprints within the scrum team
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a content specialist or web editor in a complex organization
- Five years of experience with content management system Liferay, forms (preferably Seneca), and web analytics (preferably Piwik)
- Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG guidelines)
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and strong editorial skills (minimum C1 level)
- Knowledge of SEO and metadata
- Demonstrable knowledge of online channels, digital applications, and communication tools
- Demonstrable experience with using website(s) to achieve strategic and operational business objectives
- Demonstrable experience with advising on content optimization and online communication
- Basic knowledge of web statistics and the ability to interpret data for content improvement
- CV and cover letter written by the candidate themselves
Preferences.
