You ask the question "Are you working yourself??" to clients when someone is still doing manually what AI can also do, and you ensure they get excited about it. The technology is in order; engineers build Second Brains and AI agents that are actually running at clients.
Where things get stuck, it's rarely the technology, but rather people afraid for their jobs, teams that ignored the previous tool, or a manager who is enthusiastic while the rest of the department is not. Therefore, the company opts for fewer clients, longer trajectories, and more depth. For this, someone is sought who has change as their profession, both a change manager and an AI enthusiast.
What you do
- Lead adoption processes: be the fixed point of contact for clients working longer with the company and ensure successful integration of AI
- Translate between client and engineers
- Train: give inspiration sessions, workshops, and training courses
- Host Ask Me Anything's and AI Pitstops and follow up with participants
- Identify commercial opportunities and seize them (in collaboration with colleagues)
Profile
- Experience with change processes: change management, organizational development, HR, or something similar
- Able to engage a group, both in a training session and in a high-tension discussion
- Genuinely enthusiastic about AI and uses it daily
- Plans and prioritizes independently
- Fluent Dutch, good English
- You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand how a Second Brain or agent works to be able to explain it
- Does not seek a clearly defined role with a fixed task list
- Does not expect someone to prepare your work; proactive attitude
- Focus on change processes surrounding training, not just delivering training
- Sees AI as a means for people, not an end in itself
