What you do
- Administer medication and nursing care
- Observe the health status of residents and report on it accurately
- Prepare and follow up on care files
- Collaborate with doctors, care assistants, colleagues, and family members
- Guide and support residents in their daily needs
- Contribute to a safe and quality care environment
- Ensure a warm and respectful interaction with residents
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (Professional Bachelor or Graduate in Nursing)
- Experience within a residential care center is a plus
- A warm heart for elderly care
- Accurate, responsible
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team
- Flexible and able to handle changes professionally
- Always puts the resident at the center of your actions
- Very good command of Dutch
