A regional security organization is seeking temporary support for the Readiness Team within the Crisis Management department.

This team focuses on the people and resources needed for crisis teams to function during multidisciplinary incidents.
The support is aimed at carrying out tasks and projects related to the readiness of the crisis organization.
The activities are an integral part of regular operations and require full integration into the organization.

What you will do.

Support the Readiness Team in carrying out projects and activities.
Lead projects related to continuity issues, such as:
Implementing components of the continuity plan.
Leading the satellite communication project.
Leading the project for digital consultation options during extreme weather conditions.
Lead the project for redesigning the crisis rooms within the regional crisis centers (RCC).
Support the execution of practical tasks related to RCC management.
Participate in internal meetings and work under the daily guidance of the responsible manager.

Profile

What they ask

Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in monitoring planning, quality, capacity, and results of ongoing projects.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader.

Preferences.

Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader at a government organization.
Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience in monitoring planning, quality, capacity, and results of ongoing projects.
