A care organization is looking for a night nurse for a self-employed collaboration agreement. As a night nurse, you are a trusted point of contact for the residents of a residential care center. A warm, personal approach is central. You contribute to a calm and safe night environment with expert care and proximity.
What you do
- You are responsible for the nursing follow-up and care of residents during the night and respond alertly to changes in their condition
- You work closely with the care assistant and provide support where necessary during nocturnal care moments, such as toilet visits and changes
- You monitor safety and comfort within the residential care center and respond appropriately and thoughtfully to calls or unexpected situations
- You accurately and carefully record the care provided and important observations, so that the day team can smoothly continue the follow-up
- With your calm and involved presence, you provide trust and reassurance, even when a resident needs extra support during the night
- As an independent nurse, you work professionally and responsibly and coordinate your activities with the present care staff and the broader care team
