You will be ultimately responsible for the success of a branch of an educational organization. You combine entrepreneurship, management, and education in one role, with significant responsibility and freedom. You contribute to the growth of students and the branch.
What you will do.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student mentors.
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory discussions with students and parents.
- Organize schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders.
- Be visibly present at the branch and, if necessary, contribute personally to homework support.
- Achieve growth, quality, and results within your branch.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Affinity with guiding and developing young people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility.
- Commercial insight and an eye for growth and results.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role is a plus.
