As a Tech Lead, you fulfill a technical leadership role within the organization. You support and coach Tech Leads and DevOps teams on complex technical issues, architectural choices, and the further professionalization of software development. You act as a connecting factor between teams and contribute to uniform technical standards, knowledge sharing, and a consistent way of working. In addition, you take a pioneering role in the adoption of AI within the organization.

You have demonstrable hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and know how to translate new developments into practically applicable solutions. You advise teams on the use of AI and guide its implementation within existing DevOps processes. You work closely with architects, security specialists, product owners, and scrum masters to realize secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities.

• Coaching and guiding Tech Leads on technical issues, software development, and DevOps practices.
• Stimulating technical knowledge sharing and increasing the technical maturity of development teams.
• Advising on software architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Initiating and guiding the application of AI within software development and business processes.
• Designing and, where necessary, hands-on realizing AI solutions, proof of concepts, and technical prototypes.
• Collaborating with architecture and security specialists to implement solutions securely, manageably, and future-proof.
