What you do
- Work on large spatial investment assignments, such as the (re)development of locations or complex sustainability projects
- Be responsible for setting up, preparing, and executing these projects for sustainability, renovation, or new construction
- Act as the client for internal and external project partners and manage the planning team
- Guide and advise on quality frameworks, financial frameworks, and financial consequences of projects
- Ensure the necessary decision-making documents and accountability documentation
- Together with fellow project managers, be responsible for developing and improving work processes
- Take an active role in realizing organizational objectives, collaborate pleasantly with colleagues, never lose sight of the tenants' interests, and demonstrate great responsibility
