Collaborate with a recruitment agency to identify and connect with qualified technicians.

What you will do.
- Identify and connect qualified technicians.
- Source technical professionals with a vocational technical background, for example:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Profile
- Experienced in talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
- Comfortable working with international talent and multicultural teams.
- Bonus: speaks multiple languages, ideally also Dutch.
- Experience recruiting in the Dutch technical / engineering market is a strong plus.
- International sourcing experience is also highly valued.
Practical aspects.
- Freelance collaboration, ideal for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers).
- The model is no-cure, no-pay: if you successfully place a candidate, you receive a finder’s fee.
- No base salary or employment contract; this is a partnership-based collaboration.
