Within an educational support organization, a process manager is sought to temporarily strengthen a team. This team is responsible for collecting and processing data required for the standardization of central examinations in secondary education. The organization advises an external examination body on n-terms. Due to innovation and digitalization, current processes are in flux, and it is important that they continue to run smoothly and that data is processed on time.
The team consists of five colleagues and collaborates with various internal divisions and external parties.
What you do
- Coordinate the execution and management of data collection processes and ensure the quality of supplied data.
- Map the chain processes around standardization and identify opportunities for automation and quality improvement.
- Organize and provide internal and external communication regarding data collection, data processing, and standardization.
- Initiate and guide improvement projects, including implementation and embedding within the team and the chain.
- Ensure clear documentation and transferability of activities.
- Proactively advise internal and external stakeholders on desired process adjustments and their consequences.

- Experience with data-driven work and with (re)designing or improving processes in a complex, deadline-sensitive environment.
- Strong change and collaboration skills: you can get people on board and push through proposals within and outside your team.
- Strong in process analysis and translating insights into concrete improvement initiatives.
- Affinity with the subject of standardization is a plus.
Profile
- Higher professional education (HBO+)/university level thinking or demonstrable equivalent experience.
