A technology company is a cloud-based SaaS platform helping finance teams turn financial and operational data into ready-to-use reports and dashboards, serving clients with €5M to €250M in turnover. The team is full of energy, ambitious and around 60 FTEs strong, moving fast and genuinely hungry to build the next chapter. Backed by private equity investors, you report directly to the CEO and regularly to the Board of Directors.
What you will do.
- Defining and steering the company's financial strategy end to end, with real influence on the broader growth trajectory
- Managing the relationship with private equity investors, and reporting regularly to the Board of Directors
- Owning financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Championing a data-driven, digital-first finance function, using AI, automation and tools like CPM platforms or Power BI to increase efficiency
- Leading and developing a finance team of an accountant and a controller, building a culture of operational excellence
- Bringing a commercial lens to pricing and growth initiatives alongside Sales and Product, while safeguarding governance and compliance across all entities
Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Between 7 and 12 years of proven track record in finance, with M&A experience
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a very strong plus
