A care organization is looking for an enthusiastic nurse for a residential care center. The organization offers tailored care to users and other care recipients.
What you do
- You provide the necessary care, including technical nursing procedures, to the residents.
- You work autonomously and simultaneously in a team with care assistants, support staff, and other colleagues to develop a warm home for the residents.
- If you have a question or a specific situation you don't immediately know the answer to, you can count on the help and expertise of many colleagues around you.
- Every day is unique, engaging, and challenging. Your sparkling creativity will certainly come in handy here.
- You build a bond with your residents.
- You will have the opportunity for regular training and talent development.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or graduate diploma in nursing.
- You are empathetic and have a heart for the elderly.
- You have a sense of responsibility and can work well in a team.
- You are a strong communicator, as you collaborate with many colleagues and are in contact with families.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
Practical
- A quick start is possible.
- Full recognition of relevant seniority and partial recognition of non-relevant experience.
