What you will do. You will have the opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced colleagues. You will start as a mechanic and gradually grow into a field service engineer. You will work with experienced colleagues on revisions, maintenance, and assembly work on rotating equipment and industrial installations. You will learn how these complex installations work and develop into a specialist. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility.
Ultimately, you can grow into an independent role as a Field Service Engineer, where you technically supervise projects, analyze malfunctions, and lead assembly teams.
As a Mechanic:
- Disassembling and assembling mechanical installations such as compressors, turbines
- Assisting with inspections and performing measurements
- Supporting revisions, repairs, and maintenance work
- Identifying technical deviations and contributing to solutions
- Working according to applicable quality and safety guidelines
- Participating in on-site work at client locations nationally and internationally
What they ask
- A technical education at MBO level (vocational education) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics
- Technical interest and motivation to develop further
- Affinity with tinkering, maintenance, or assembly work
- Eagerness to learn and a hands-on mentality
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Experience as a mechanic in industry, machine building, or maintenance is a plus
