Within a governmental organization, an experienced Communication Advisor is sought with a strong background in internal communication and change communication. You will work on various organization-wide developments within a department and translate complex changes clearly and understandably to the organization.
What you do
As a Communication Advisor, you focus on internal communication and change communication regarding various developments within the organization. You act as the link between strategy, content, and execution.
- Advising on internal communication and change communication within a specific department.
- Providing communication around organizational development and engaging employees in changes, including through storytelling.
- Developing communication plans and strategies for various programs and projects.
- Translating complex issues into clear and understandable messages and communication products.
- Advising management and collaborating with internal clients, stakeholders, and communication colleagues.
Profile
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree in communication.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Communication Advisor.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the public sector.
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience with a large public organization.
- Experience with communication around organizational development, change processes, and/or information provision, as well as with digital communication channels.
- Experience with developing communication strategies and translating them into concrete communication approaches and actionable communication products.
