They are happy to consider what is possible within the applicable laws and regulations.

You support fellow APV permit issuers by, depending on the nature of the notification, handling them independently or providing administrative support. This also applies to permits. You focus in particular on events and special laws.

You ensure that everything is administratively in order, but also ensure short lines of communication between residents, the organization, and involved parties. For example, you will have contact with the police, fire department, and the medical service. You will also address questions from local residents in an accessible manner. In addition, you will be involved in:

  • Granting stand permits and collection permits, burning exemptions, lottery permits, and noise exemptions
  • Supporting colleagues and citizens with administrative questions
  • Collecting, managing, assessing, and interpreting data according to guidelines and procedures
  • Performing activities related to the market
  • Contributing ideas for optimizing service delivery

You think in solutions and are happy to help others. The organization is looking for someone they can rely on: committed, clear, and always willing to contribute ideas.
