We are looking for someone who fully focuses on AI video. You will not be an extra pair of hands for editing, but a right-hand person who daily tests projects and participates in pitches. A video production house aims for serious growth in the use of AI and is investing time, tools, and a dedicated professional in this area. The goal is to explore the possibilities of AI and translate them into concrete client work, turning the rapid evolution of tools into effective deployment.
What you do
- AI video production development:
- Continuously test new tools and workflows, and roll out real test projects.
- Build a repeatable pipeline from visual development and generation to clean-up, compositing, grading, and delivery, and document it.
- Create showcases for client presentations.
- Participate in pitches:
- Brainstorm creative campaigns where AI makes a difference by providing a better or more affordable result.
- Quickly create proof-of-concepts and previz for quotes and pitches.
- Explain technical feasibility during meetings.
- Post-production for other projects:
- Assist with editing, comping, clean-up, grading, and delivery during busy periods.
- Maintain craftsmanship and ensure AI work aligns with client needs.
What they ask
- Strong post-production skills:
- Professional level in After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve, with a feel for editing, rhythm, and visual language.
- Comping, keying, roto, and clean-up:
- Proficiency in repairing AI output.
- AI video tools:
- Experience with Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Higgsfield, OpenArt, ComfyUI, Topaz, or the willingness to undergo a serious learning curve in these areas.
- Self-driven:
- No weekly to-do list needed to progress.
- Languages:
- Dutch and fluent English.
Desired.
- Personal AI experiments posted online.
- Experience with ComfyUI, LoRA training, or other self-built workflows.
- 3D basics (Blender, C4D) or motion design.
- Experience with client contact, or the ambition to grow in this area.
