This is an all-round position where you are responsible for your own rental portfolio and the entire rental process for houses and apartments. You have daily contact with prospective tenants, colleagues, and other involved parties, ensuring everything is tightly organized behind the scenes.
What you will do.
- Informing and advising prospective tenants by phone and email
- Managing your own rental portfolio
- Checking and processing rental files and documents
- Drafting and checking rental agreements
- Maintaining contact with tenants and colleagues
- Monitoring progress, actions, and administrative processes
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for improvements within the rental process
Profile
You possess a strong sense of ownership and are an independent team player. You feel responsible not only for your own work but also for the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and collective team results. You are administratively strong, structured, and work accurately. You can prioritize well and easily switch between different tasks within a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you are communicatively skilled, independent, and results-oriented.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Relevant (rental) work experience
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience with administrative processes and digital systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Excel and SharePoint is a plus
