Working in an archive is varied and dynamic. As an archive employee, you ensure that files are complete, accessible, and carefully managed. This makes an important contribution to the proper functioning of a judicial organization.

What you do

  • Receiving, organizing, and registering paper and digital files, including adding metadata (search codes).
  • Selecting, cleaning, and processing legal files based on the statutory selection list.
  • Processing incoming mail and performing various administrative tasks that contribute to a reliable archive.
  • Issuing files upon request and carefully returning them to the archive.
  • Managing the physical archive, including moving, organizing, and tidying up files and archive boxes.
  • Contributing to a complete, clear, and easily accessible archive, so that colleagues quickly have the correct information.

Profile

  • MBO level of work and thinking and affinity with automated systems.
  • Accurate and quality-oriented work attitude, where diligence and reliability are paramount.
  • Service-oriented approach, actively listening to the internal client and contributing to good cooperation and service delivery.
  • Maintain a good overview, work concentrated, and handle confidential information carefully.
  • Proactive attitude and positive energy.
  • Enjoy working in a team, but also capable of working independently.
