You advise on maintenance, renovation, sustainability, or new construction.
- You select and manage design, advisory, and construction teams.

What you do
- You start with the client's initial question and advise on feasibility, costs, and a sensible approach, based on your construction or real estate background.
- You put the advice into practice by directing the execution teams.

Profile
- An education in construction or real estate.
- Experience in a role where you have independently advised and managed, for example, as a real estate agent, project developer, technical manager, or technical sales advisor.
- Relevant education and experience in this field are a plus, but not a strict requirement; internal training is possible.
- Important selection criteria are your interpersonal skills and your commitment to quality.
