There is a need for a Product Owner to strengthen the Integration Strategy Enablement Team (ISET). As Product Owner of the ISET, you act as a bridge between the value teams of IVO and the ISET. You translate customer needs and priorities into technical requirements for the Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP). This means you not only understand what the consuming teams want, but also act as a sounding board for the ISET on how to implement these wishes.
The Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) is the target platform for integrations within a government organization. Multiple value teams are already using the platform, and this number will grow significantly in the coming period. Partly because of this, the HIP is under full development. As Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to guide the further development of a platform hosted partly on Red Hat OpenShift and partly on Microsoft Azure.
In addition, ISET focuses on supporting value teams in realizing their integrations.
What you will do.
- Gather (technical) requirements from the value teams
- Stakeholder management and priority determination
- Give presentations on vision, roadmap, etc., to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the ISET in technical choices, within and outside the team
- Create an environment within the ISET where work can be done pleasantly and efficiently
- Initiate further development of the HIP
- Initiate the embedding of the HIP in the organization (alignment, enablement, etc.)
- Provide presentations and workshops
- Gather and translate customer needs
- Manage complex integration issues

- Demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) as a (technical) Product Owner of an Azure platform (PaaS)
Preferences.
- Ability to connect Business and IT; alignment with Portfolio management and quarterly planning
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Experience with working under architecture
- Ability to balance innovation and reliability/predictability
- In addition to knowledge of Microsoft Azure and OpenShift, experience with these tools is a plus
- As a technical Product Owner, independently conduct discussions with value teams
