You support a multidisciplinary research center in the implementation and coordination of projects at the intersection of security, resilient society, and social innovation.
- You work in a dynamic environment where you build concrete social impact together with researchers and external partners.
- You ensure that activities, insights, and stories are communicated consistently, clearly, and attractively to various target groups.
- You contribute to the overview of knowledge about defense and resilient society within an academic institution and help further develop the network of internal and external stakeholders.
- You create an overview of relevant financing options and prepare meetings with external stakeholders and follow up on them.
- You organize events in collaboration with an event organizer.
- You also carry out account management for the center and offer general administrative support.
- Part of your work involves collecting content. You actively request input from researchers and colleagues and monitor the progress and quality of the content.
- You collect accessible and targeted communication and provide content for the newsletter, website, social media, and individual communication, such as mailings or targeted updates.
- You ensure coherence and consistency in tone and message across the different channels.

Profile
- Affinity and/or experience with the themes of defense and resilient society
- Preferably experience in project support or stakeholder management
- Political-administrative sensitivity and a proactive working attitude: you see what is needed and pick it up
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, such as the ability to write clearly (memos, proposals, summaries) in Dutch and English
- The talent to keep an overview while managing several files at the same time, monitoring deadlines, and working in a structured manner
