You will work for a government organization committed to peace and security. Within this organization, you will play an important role in providing information for an educational institution that trains young officers. You will be the link between user needs and IT solutions, and help realize ambitions in educational innovation.
What you will do.
- Translate user needs into practical IT solutions.
- Support the implementation of information management processes.
- Implement solutions such as mobile applications (apps), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code development, MS Power BI dashboards, and company-specific SharePoint sites.
- Analyze data flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for more efficient and future-proof information provision.
- Support the development and management of policies and standards in data management, archiving, and information security.
- Be a key point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding information systems, digital collaboration, and guidelines for information management.
- Identify improvements in business operations to quickly and adequately support IT and IV enhancements.
Profile
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and communicative.
- Good at collaboration and structuring work.
- Understanding of administrative relationships and the importance of reliable and secure information within a government organization.
- Social skills and visible decisiveness to guide organizations through a change process.
What they ask
- Completed HBO degree, for example in Business Administration or Information Science.
- Experience with information management, process analysis, and IT support in a complex organization.
Preferences.
- Experience with methodologies such as BiSL, ITIL, or Prince2.
Practical
