Recruiter

• Run full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions across multiple functions (G&A, Sales, Operations) across Europe. Engineering recruitment experience is a plus.
• Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure investment in sources with the highest ROI.
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives at scale.
• Work alongside local business leaders and a recruiting team to drive growth in the region.
• Partner closely with recruiting and hiring leaders to attract, assess, and close top talent.
• Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
• Build trusted candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Europe to drive brand efforts within the region.
• Have a flexible "can do" approach, happy to work in an ever-changing environment and be part of an exciting journey.

What they ask

• 3+ years of a full cycle recruiting track record. In-house experience is essential; experience of both agency and in-house is a plus.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering, and corporate functions; logistics/supply chain recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proven ability and interest in process improvements.
• Experienced with Greenhouse and/or other recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good relationship management skills.
• A drive for results; the drive to see processes through end-to-end and ensure delivery of top talent.
• Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
