Project Leader Refugee Reception

• Manage the planning of the preparation, the objection and appeal procedure of the BoPa, the application for a Natura 2000 permit, the tender for temporary units, and the construction and residential readiness of the location.
• Focus on planning, coherence, risk management, and decision-making.
• Ensure careful coordination with the board, organization, and environment.
• Manage, oversee, and advise on other necessary permits, such as nature, construction, and felling permits, and actively advise on any additional procedures.
• Monitor the substantive coherence and consistency of the various tracks.
• Budget management within the framework of the business case.
• Coordinate the activities of involved internal and external experts and monitor mutual coherence, planning, and progress.
• Provide input for the objection and, later, any appeal procedure.
• Ensure lawful preparation of the implementation.
• Coordinate procedural and implementation planning.
• Prepare and coordinate associated administrative decision-making and advise on necessary decision points.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the province, environmental service, and colleagues within the municipal organization.
• Independently identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks and advise on them.

• You prepare the realization of a temporary reception location for 200 refugees and manage the preparation and execution of this urban development project.

• Demonstrable recent experience (reference completed in January 2020 or later) as an urban development project leader (or similar).
• Demonstrable recent experience (reference completed in January 2020 or later) with spatial procedures and tendering in a government context.

• Demonstrable experience with budget management and planning and progress monitoring.
• Collaboration-oriented and able to switch between different organizations.
