Do you want to discover a new direction as a basic doctor and continue to grow? For an occupational health service, we are looking for an ANIOS who wants to develop within occupational medicine. You combine medical knowledge with personal guidance and help people stay healthy and sustainably at work. Experience in occupational medicine is welcome, but not required. You will receive an extensive onboarding program, personal guidance, and internal training opportunities.
You can also progress to a registered occupational physician through a training program at the employer's expense.
What you do
Under the supervision of a registered occupational physician, you guide employees who have fallen ill or are at risk of falling ill. You investigate how health, work, and personal circumstances influence each other and translate this into advice on recovery and return to work.
- Conduct consultations and guide employees during recovery and reintegration.
- Assess work capacity and possibilities for work.
- Advise employees and employers on a responsible return to work.
- Identify work-related complaints and prevention opportunities.
- Consult with occupational physicians, case managers, and other experts.
As you gain more experience, your independence will grow. You can rely on experienced colleagues and guidance tailored to your development.
Profile
You have completed your medical studies and have a valid BIG registration. You are interested in the combination of work, health, and prevention.
