A specialized youth team provides assistance and psychiatric treatment to children and young people up to 23 years old with complex issues and problems in various areas of life. The team works with young people who are not seeking help or have already received a lot of help, to assist them in developing their relationships, school/work, independent living, and leisure activities. The team operates flexibly, assertively, and community-oriented (FACT), without being bound by office hours or forms.
Appointments take place in an environment that feels safe for the child (at home, at school, or for example in a park).
You will join a team of approximately 8 colleagues, including a psychiatrist, GZ-psychologist or orthopedagogist-generalist, systemic therapist, and various family support workers. Together, you support young people and families who are struggling in multiple areas of life. The approach is outreach-oriented, flexible, and recovery-focused, often in situations where guidelines fall short, requiring creativity and courage.
