A municipal organization is looking for an experienced BRP specialist to replace an employee on sick leave. You will have the opportunity to fully utilize your knowledge and experience and independently take responsibility for more complex BRP activities. You are not only strong in execution but also know how to translate legal issues into carefully substantiated decisions. In this temporary role, you will be an important content expert within the Public Affairs team.
What you will do.
- Independently handle complex BRP issues, including initial registrations from abroad, resettlements, and the assessment and processing of foreign source documents
- Assess situations where laws and regulations, facts, and documents require careful consideration. Conduct additional research where necessary and arrive at legally well-founded decisions
- Be responsible for the correct and timely handling of specialized BRP mutations, applications, and message traffic
- Monitor the quality and reliability of the BRP, identify inaccuracies, and ensure they are carefully investigated and corrected
- Handle requests for protocolization overviews from the BRP and GBA-V and ensure correct application of applicable privacy rules
- Actively contribute to the BRP self-evaluation and participate in improving the quality and legality of our work processes
- Serve as a content expert for colleagues, share specialized knowledge, and help them solve complex issues

- Minimum possession of the first two learning lines of the NVVB
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a BRP Specialist within a municipal organization
- Demonstrable knowledge of and work experience with the BRP Act, the BRP Decree, and the applicable implementing rules
- Ability to independently make legal considerations and carefully substantiate decisions
- Demonstrable work experience with independently handling initial registrations from abroad and assessing foreign source documents
