As a Team Leader Electrical Engineer Low Voltage, you are responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring electrical projects within an industrial environment. You combine technical expertise with leadership, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Together with your team and external partners, you will work on various installations such as lighting, charging stations, access control, and other low-voltage systems.
This is a hands-on role where you contribute strategically and are present on the work floor.
What you will do.
- You will manage electrical projects from study to execution
- You will draw up specifications and monitor technical quality
- You will coordinate contractors and organize site activities
- You will monitor planning, safety, and project progress
- You will act as a link between different departments
- You will support and guide colleagues within the team
- You will contribute to optimizations and improvements
Profile
- You have a Master's degree in Electricity or Electromechanics
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in low-voltage projects
- You have strong knowledge of AREI and electrical installations
- You can read electrical diagrams and have knowledge of cable and lighting calculations
- You have experience with MS Office
- You take initiative, manage people, and maintain an overview
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of English and French
