The sustainable living and construction service point of a regional environmental association advises private and public clients on ecological building and renovation.
- This includes advice for small renovations to large-scale spatial developments.
- The team consists of permanent employees and freelance advisors.
- The assignment focuses on providing construction and renovation advice and renovation guidance to homeowners.
What you will do.
- Provide sustainable building and renovation advice to private individuals.
- Convince builders and renovators of the benefits of sustainable construction and offer them technical and financial solutions.
- Act as a renovation supervisor, including site visits and preparing quotation requests.
- Be responsible for reporting on the advice given.
- Attend a quarterly coordination meeting with other advisors.
Profile
- Degree and professional experience as an architect, civil engineer, or construction bachelor.
- Preferably, recognition as an energy expert type A (in accordance with the Energy Decree of November 19, 2010).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in convincing, advising, and guiding owner-occupiers in significant energy renovation works, involving a combination of multiple measures.
- Knowledge of HVAC techniques.
- Knowledge of the GRO sustainability meter is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the principles of sustainable living and construction.
- Socially skilled, persuasive, and able to communicate clearly.
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently, and good written reporting.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.

- Agreement as a freelance collaborator.
- Correct hourly remuneration, including travel allowance.
- Technical and administrative support.
- Immediate appointment.
- Possibility to combine with other professional activities (e.g., independent architect), provided these do not involve carrying out work on homes.
