As Head of Client Service, you combine people-oriented leadership with the further integration, professionalization, digitalization, and optimization of Client Service within a healthcare organization. Your main task is to further develop Care Mediation and Client Administration into one cohesive client service process that contributes to accessible, efficient, and future-proof service delivery. Healthcare is changing, and with it, the role of Client Service.
Based on a specific vision, you will guide the continuous development of Client Service.
What you do
- Provide integral leadership to the Care Mediation and Client Administration teams, including the Client Service Coordinator.
- Provide direction to the department and create the preconditions for success, based on responsibility for results, quality, processes, capacity, and development.
- Stimulate collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven work, with ongoing attention to the human dimension.
- Guide the movement towards simpler and digitally supported processes, where standardization and customization reinforce each other.
- Ensure a strong connection between Client Service, the sectors, support services, and chain partners.
- Translate strategy into concrete improvements and involve people in change.
